I'm really not well *PLEASE READ*

Hey everyone, Ree here;
I won't be online for the next few days, or up to a week from now. I need to recover from concussion along with neck/shoulder/collarbone injuries.
I mysteriously passed out in the passage way yesterday morning at around 9:20am, and smashed my head on the cement floor.
We had the ambulance come for me and they put me on oxygen. I went completely deaf in my right ear for a few minutes and the sight in my right eye was slightly whitened.
Though I have no seen external injuries, I have sore neck muscles and shoulder muscles. I seem to have gotten worse over the couse of hours.
I am waiting on an appointment with the duty doctor this morning, HOPEFULLY they will tell me what's going on and what I can do to stop the pain.
Honestly; I wouldn't be surprised if I've broken my collar bone or chipped a vertebrae in my neck!! It hurts that much to try and sit up or even turn my neck! I can't lift my left arm higher than 15 cm away from my waist.
So yeah, I won't be on for quite a while... I need to recover and I'm not allowed to have TOO much laptop time, yet I'm allowed to use my iPod more often.
